Our Construction Journey

September 1^st

Site Preparation

Clearing and grading of the construction site completed. All necessary permits obtained and utilities marked.

September to October

Foundation Work

Concrete pouring for the foundation completed. All inspections passed with excellent results.

September 8^th to November

Sewage Tank

Following foundation work and sets up the plumbing infrastructure, construction involves building underground tanks, tunnels, and connecting lines.

December 8^th

1^st Floor

All excavation works on the property has been finalized and conforms to the plan.
The foundation and walls of the cisterns, pool, are executed.
The rough work on the sun deck is done; floor finishing will be done at a later time.
Sewage lines have been installed under the floor and in the floor.
Around the foundations and floors, the areas are treated with an anti-termite chemical.
Sleeve pipes and pipes for rainwater, sewage, and electricity installation are laid on the ground floor and in retaining walls.
The retaining wall along the road is executed with the niches for the storage area.
The area between the road and the retaining wall has been filled and compacted.
